How to Cancel Strava

By Kirthana Devaser

Here’s the only guide you need to cancel your Strava subscription now. It’s great that you recognise the importance of cancelling an unused subscription. Saving money now will allow money to save you later. First:

Strava on Website

Login to your account and navigate to your Settings. It can be found in the menu in the upper right-hand corner, under your picture. Confirm that you are looking to downgrade to the free plan.

All remaining plans will be available until your subscription expires. The expiration date is indicated on your account details page.

Strava on Google Play

All payments and recurring payments are handled by Google Play.

To cancel, open the Strava app. Click Profile>Settings>Current Membership and you will be redirected to the subscription management page in the Google Play Store. You can cancel your subscription here.

Strava on Apple

If you are on an Apple device, all payments and recurring payments are handled by iTunes. Open the Strava app. Click Profile > Settings > Current Membership and you will be redirected to the subscription management page in the iTunes app. Here you should be able to cancel your subscription.

Take note, according to Strava’s Terms and Conditions (T&C), you may be entitled to a full refund within fourteen days of purchase. Beyond that period of time, a Strava subscription is typically non-refundable
